Trying to discover if your visit is covered?
Find out in just a few seconds!
We want you to feel at ease from the moment you step into our oral surgery office, which is why we have included everything you need to know ahead of your initial visit below. You’ll find what you should expect at your first appointment as well as financial information (including our insurance policy). Of course, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
Your first appointment will revolve around our team getting to know you as a person as well as figuring out which treatment would be best for you. You’ll receive an exam, have some X-rays taken, and talk directly to your doctor about your options. Before you leave, you’ll receive a proposed treatment plan that includes cost information so all your questions are answered. When you’re ready to schedule the surgery, you’ll be asked to pay for half of the treatment to secure the date.
Rather than waiting to fill out our patient forms after you’ve gotten here, you can take care of everything in the comfort of home. Complete our forms and your appointment, and this will help us check you in nice and fast. Our forms are available in English and Spanish!

For patients about to undergo a procedure, there may be additional forms that need to be completed before the scheduled visit. Like our new patient forms, these can be downloaded right here on our website for added convenience. When it comes to oral surgery, we always want you to feel informed, confident, and ready for the work our team will perform.
