Amro Shihabi, earned his doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from Louisiana State University. He subsequently completed an internship in general surgery at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. He trained in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland / A Cowley Shock Trauma Center and did a fellowship in Maxillofacial Oncology and Microvascular reconstruction at the University of Maryland.
Dr. Shihabi previously served as the Section Chief of Head and Neck Oncology/Microvascular reconstruction and the Director of Training at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Christiana Helth Center.
Dr. Shihabi is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (AAOMS). He is
